BJ is the student minister at Southside. He moved to Carthage in June of 2004 to minister
to students at the church. He received his bachelor's degree from East Texas Baptist University and is working toward
a master's from Liberty Theological Seminary. He loves fishing, playing golf, and watching just about any sport.
Jamie is BJ's wife. They were married on August 14, 2004. Jamie is a school teacher
at Northside Christian Academy in Carthage. She also graduated from East Texas Baptist University. She is now
working on her teacher certification so she can work in the public school setting. Jamie enjoys cooking, shopping, and
reality TV.
